What you need to do?

• Provide hands‑on technical support on fabric and garment care quality within daily plant operations.
• Support on‑the‑floor investigations into quality issues (e.g. abnormal damage, rewash concerns), including fact‑finding, analysis, and follow‑up actions.
• Operate the Quality Excellence Room as a practical support function by conducting test washes, evaluations, and basic in‑house testing to support incident handling and decision‑making.
• Maintain and organise golden samples and defect/reference materials to support learning, consistency, and faster diagnosis of quality issues.
• Prepare concise technical findings and observations, with practical recommendations for prevention and improvement.
• Support the review and improvement of quality‑related work practices following incidents or customer feedback.
• Contribute to training and coaching by sharing technical knowledge, examples, and reference materials with operators and frontline leaders.
• Conduct routine floor checks to identify quality risks early and reinforce good handling practices.

 We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are:

• Diploma or above in Apparel & Textiles, Textile Technology, Fashion/Fabric Production, Quality, or related disciplines.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in textile, garment, laundry, or fabric‑handling environments.
• Solid practical understanding of fabric and garment care risks (e.g. shrinkage, colour issues, damage causes).
• Hands‑on mindset with willingness to work on the production floor and engage directly with operations teams.
• Ability to analyse issues logically and provide clear, practical recommendations.
• Good communication skills and confidence in explaining technical matters to frontline staff.
• Proficient in MS Office; basic reporting or documentation experience is an advantage.
