  • Graduate Trainee (Operations)

    Cathay Subsidiary Services offer a Graduate Trainee Programme which aims to offer young talents a valued and promising career in the in-flight catering, air cargo terminal, ground handling and laundry services business with the subsidiaries of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited. We offer a three-year tailor-made development programme with all-rounded support such as job rotation, extensive leadership programme and mentorship of senior managers which deepens their understanding of the industry. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Trainee Programme, trainees will take on supervisory roles in one of the subsidiaries.

  • Internship Program

    Cathay Subsidiary Services Internship Programme is designed to provide students with a comprehensive workplace experience. Interns will be assigned to different departments to participate in daily operations and gain hands-on experience. Through a variety of training sessions, they will enhance their skills and personal development. Supervisors will regularly evaluate their performance and offer constructive feedback to help them identify their strengths and potential, laying a solid foundation for their future careers.
