The selected candidate will provide full spectrum of HR functions and assisting in the development and execution of HR policies. S/he also responsible for payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payroll preparation as well as core people operations execution. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly payroll, final payments and adjustments
• Manage payroll-related administration (eMPF, MPF offset subsidy, ORSO) and support Inland Revenue filings
• Maintain accurate HRMS records to ensure attendance and leave data integrity, and follow up on data discrepancies
• Support employee administration across the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and staff enquiries
• Prepare payroll summaries and HR operational reports for internal review and audit purposes
• Support payroll accuracy and compliance through reconciliation and review of key data
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, with solid payroll processing experience.
• Detail‑oriented, strong problem solving and data analysis; comfortable with numbers.
• Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations, ethical mindset.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRMS.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
