The selected candidate will support Vogue Laundry People team to provide support on administration, documentation, coordination and HRMS/rostering system tasks and to maintain business continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee documentation (electronic and hardcopy) accurately and timely; support preparation of contracts, letters and HR records filing.
• Provide support in onboarding and offboarding administration and coordination, including but not limited to HRMS data entry, forms preparation, internal notifications, and medical and staff laundry registration/termination.
• Assist in attendance checking, leave status follow‑ups and document compilation to support payroll processing and verification.
• Provide logistics support for staff engagement activities and other daily administrative tasks.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for HRMS and rostering system adoption activities, including data checking, user follow‑ups, reminders and documentation support.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Around 2 years of HR administration or secretarial experience, preferably gained from an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and strong numerical ability are definite advantages.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
