Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the equipment maintenance program & spare parts procurement ensuring suitable, sufficient, safe & serviceable GSE to satisfy the daily passenger handling , ramp operations and transportation services.
• Supervise and monitor sub-contractors to ensure their works meeting the SLAs.
• Design and implement equipment modification works according to TD / AA regulations and policies.
• Lead and manage the improvement projects to meet the company needs.
• Ensure maintenance cost and optimal inventory are kept within budget for prompt repair recovery.
• Maintain spare parts inventories, order parts / equipment to ensure seamless supplies.
• Prepare request for the supply of repair & maintenance services and materials, to complete the assessment process and then prepare recommendations for management approval.
• Ensure that Preventive / Corrective Maintenance are thoroughly applied on the equipment / facilities concerned by a good record & reporting system. Liaise with relevant parties for necessary spare parts for the maintenance works.
• Handle insurance claims, rectification, improvement and modification works.
• Conduct safety investigation, review and safety improvement projects.
• Conduct additional projects / duties as directed by superior.
• Ensure engineering systems and equipment are complied with the regulatory requirements of Hong Kong.
• Perform any projects or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree, Higher Diploma  or Higher Certification Degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines; or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 years relevant experience with not less than 2 years at supervisory level.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office, Good knowledge and skills on computer aid system for inventory, PR & PO. Good management skills.  Knowledge in using AutoCAD /SolidWorks should be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and result-oriented.
• Possess with HK driving license 1 or 2. Possess with HK driving license 4, 5 or 9,10 or 18, 19 would be an advantage.
• Immediate available would definitely an advantage.
