Responsibility:

• Develop and implement Talent Development, Leadership, and Trainee Programs for four Subsidiaries and Cathay Subsidiaries Services.
• Design, develop, update, and deliver professional‑quality learning solutions, including classroom training, workbooks, quick reference guides, webinars, videos, and eLearning modules.
• Identify training needs and design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs aligned with business goals and objectives, including the Graduate Trainee Program and other Talent Development programs and activities.
• Lead the implementation, administration, and continuous optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective adoption, content governance, reporting, and learner experience.
• Source, engage, and manage external training providers to deliver high‑quality learning solutions, ensuring effectiveness through robust training evaluation.
• Formulate and manage annual training plans and budgets.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives to foster employee growth and build a sustainable internal talent pipeline.
• Support annual functions, corporate events, CSR initiatives, and other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of four years’ relevant experience in talent development, training, or organizational development.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and a strong team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
• Certification in DISC, MBTI, NLP, or related assessment tools is an advantage.
• Interest and knowledge in multimedia applications such as graphic design, video shooting, and editing will be an added advantage.
