What you need to do?

• Assumes the role of a floor manager in the coffee kiosk.
• As the eyes and ears of the coffee kiosk, communicates problems, compliments, and complaints to Sales and Operations Manager.
• Operates the coffee kiosk and all related aspects. Maintain customer satisfaction, store cleanliness, and programs designed to draw in new customers.
• Helps to maximize sales for the store and on-line shop.
• Carries out stock management and store operation processes to help minimize risk and costs.
• Assisant in Roadshow or other departmental sales promotions.
• Grows personally and professionally as part of a dynamic and growing business.
• Supervises staff including scheduling, assigning tasks, motivating team and ensuring all required duties and responsibilities are performed seamlessly for each work shift and maintains staff works record
• Ensures the proper types and amounts of food, coffee, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked to maintain appropriate inventory levels. This includes communicating to staff regarding new products or services being offered.
• Greets customers and fulfills orders.
• Checks in all online orders, ensures orders are correct and distributes them to the customers
• Monitor inventory, control food cost and materials cost and to reduce wastage
• Ensures coffee kiosk is clean

 We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are:

• F.5 or above
• Basic knowledge of computer operation
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Coffee making related certificates
• At least 3-4 years food service and/or restaurant experience, coffee shop/barista experience preferred
• Experience preparing food, coffee and espresso based drinks is beneficial
• Experience in supervising
• Able to make different kind of Coffee
• Knowledge of both cash and electronic payment handling
• Good MS Office knowledge (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge to use POS system
• Working Location: Cyberport
