Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SAP implementation activities including data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation and testing to ensure successful deployment of the new SAP solutions.
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, implementation partners and GBS stakeholders to resolve project and operational issues.
- Assist PtP AM in monitoring service delivery performance and ensuring compliance with established processes, controls and service levels.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks and improvement opportunities, and support implementation of sustainable solutions.
- Develop subject matter expertise in SAP to support business users and drive operational excellence.
- Perform any ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP or other ERP implementation projects, Finance transformation initiatives, Business analysis, Project coordination; or Process improvement.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Experience supporting UAT or data migration activities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of finance operation processes is an advantage, including: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Record-to-Report.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong team player and can work well independently with keen attention to details.
- Proactive with commitment and sense of responsibility.
