Key Responsibilities
- To ensure Safety procedures and Standard Operation Procedures are properly executed in daily operations .
- To plan and deploy HAS resources effectively to maximize productivity while meeting all operational requirements.
- To monitor and control the delivery of professional solutions for Load Control, Turnaround coordination and Flight Dispatch operations in a most efficient and effective manner to meet customers’ requirements and to achieve the Company’s overall business objectives.
- To oversee performance of the Flight Operations team to ensure strict adherence to all safety, security and operational requirements.
- To lead and motivate all work teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of services in fulfilling the operational responsibilities of Flight Operations team.
- To find, train and develop potential candidate to sustain operations.
- To account for all exceptions handling.
- To manage all expenses to conform to budget and forecasts.
- To complete other assignment allocated by Head of Flight Operations & Support.
Qualifications
- University graduate / tertiary education.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in load control area and customer servicing including 3 years at junior management level.
- Competence in crisis management and problem-solving.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Holder of valid HK driving licence 1 & 2 preferable.
