Key Responsibilities

• Maintain quality system requirements in line with the Corporate quality policy;
• Review inspection checklists and latest workflow/requirements;
• Conduct QCP in monthly basis;
• Plan, conduct and analyse internal audits;
• Undertake auditing activities as an auditor/lead auditor in the QA audit program
• Conduct external audit such as customer airlines audit, Cargo iQ, GDP, ISAGO, CEIV;
• Assist to participate the formal monitoring and evaluation of functional delivery of quality outputs to ensure their effective and efficient implementation including the establishment of findings and related remedial action plans;
• Act as a back-up person to deal with the quality issues of pharmaceutical, perishable, live animals and lithium battery handling in the absence of AQM;
• Maintain technical documentation in line with quality system requirements including format, distribution and revision control with an emphasis on electronic delivery;
• Implement ongoing quality improvement process by monitoring operations procedures;
• Ensure the QA initiatives are aligned with the standards within the CX group and air cargo terminal industry;
• Identify and rationalise the system of manuals and related documentation in line with quality system requirements;
• Coordinate with different business units for any new handling procedures/ standards, to have documented procedures and requirements;
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Quality, Safety Management, ERP Training or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferred in quality certification schemes in professional, air cargo terminal or relevant business environment
• Sound track record in planning, implementation of new and existing quality documentation system.
• Experience in audit is an advantage.
• Well versed in international quality standards, IMS and relevant legislation issues (e.g. WHO GDP, CEIV, ISAGO, IOSA, IMS).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proactive, tactful and result-oriented personality.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and analytical skills with can-do and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, such as MS Excel.
