
What you need to do?
- Prepare meal/ meal components and / or ingredients for meal assembly or further processing according to product specifications and daily production schedule
- Conducts physical tasting and checking of all foods prepared to achieve desired taste/ texture profile
- Ensure correct process are applied at all time to deliver consistency and sustainability
- Ensures to adhere to proper communication and timely follow up
- Adheres to hygiene standards and guidelines as laid out in company processes and standards
- Prepares monthly planners and forecasts for production of Western cuisine
- Attends relevant briefings and reports back to supervisor on all relevant information pertaining his functional area
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are:
- F5 or above, preferably a holder of relevant certificate
- Basic hygiene knowledge and/ or education with relevant certification
Experience - Minimum of 1 years of practical experience in related industry
- Acquired technical skill of practical cooking/ food preparation at a technical/ vocational training facility with proven track record and certification
- Have experience in the culinary field of Chinese, Western and/ or Asian Cuisine and large scale food production experience
- Able to work within a multicultural environment and to work well and effectively with other sections, peers and superiors
- Dynamic, friendly, open minded and flexible
