The Cathay Service Subsidiaries comprise four wholly-owned subsidiaries of Cathay Pacific Airways—Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay, and Vogue Laundry—as well as Cathay Subsidiary Services, a group of support functions that deliver professional services to these companies.
While Lean methodologies have been introduced and partially implemented throughout the organization, our executive team is committed to establishing a dedicated Lean & Continuous Improvement practice. This initiative aims to embed Lean principles and drive significant efficiencies and productivity enhancements in the short and medium term. The Head of Lean & Continuous Improvement will be responsible for creating and sustaining a Lean culture across the Service Subsidiaries, with primary accountability for designing, launching, and governing a Lean Academy. This position presents a unique opportunity for an experienced Lean professional to build and develop a new function that will support the ongoing transformation of our organization. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a proven track record of implementing and delivering Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within complex industrial environments. If you are passionate about driving change and fostering excellence, we invite you to join us and make a lasting impact.
