Responsibility:

• Assist the Chief Financial Officer in transforming the Finance team.
• Streamline and standardise accounting processes across subsidiaries to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for digital enablement and continuous improvement and lead change initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report), ensuring compliance, accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide financial data and reports to support subsidiary Financial Business Partners short- and long-term financial planning.
• Define KPIs, service level agreements, and targets for the central finance team, aligned with Subsidiaries priorities and needs.
• Develop and implement robust financial strategies, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
• Establish effective reporting methodologies and communication channels for timely, accurate financial information.
• Ensure finance policies, workflows, and reporting mechanisms comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, and data privacy requirements.
• Support external audit processes and maintain strong governance of financial data.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks to support organisational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance.
• Certified Public Accountant preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and familiarity with digital finance tools and automation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with a collaborative approach.
• High integrity, governance orientation, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation capabilities.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are perferred.
