As the Cargo Services Officer (Terminal Services), you will be responsible for assisting cargo handover, processing of cargo document, monitoring cargo and sub-contractor operations, maintaining data accuracy and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and assistance to customers at various locations such as cargo acceptance counter, truck control office and cargo collection point.
• Monitor the cargo build-up and breakdown process in compliance with the company services standard.
• Ensure data accuracy of Import/Export/Transhipment cargo in Warehouse Operation System (“WOS”).
• Responsible for subcontractors’ efficient staff utilization assignment and safe operations.
• Be the CPSL brand representative in delivering 5S and LEAN culture for cargo terminal operations.
• Liaise with various parties on day-to-day cargo handling matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE qualification or equivalent.
• Solid experience from cargo terminal operations, warehousing, distribution centre, freight forwarding, supply chain or logistics would be a definite advantage.
• Responsible, attentive to details and ability to work independently.
• Good command in both spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word & Excel.
• Willingness to working on shift duties, including overnight shifts.
• Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Senior Cargo Services Officer.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Working Hours:

• Average 5 days’ work week, 9 hours work per day including meal break.
• Shift duties are required starting with 07:00 – 16:00/ 15:00 – 24:00/ 23:00 – 08:00 (Subject to operation needs).
