Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process for Cathay Dining, ensuring efficient, compliant and timely execution of procurement, invoice processing and payment activities.
• Oversee PtP service delivery provided by Global Business Services for Cathay Cargo Terminal, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry.
• Monitor operational performance against agreed service levels, KPIs and control requirements.
• Drive standardisation of PtP processes, policies and practices across all subsidiaries.
• Partner with business stakeholders to resolve process issues and improve the overall user experience.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, delegated authorities and internal control requirements.
• Support CDI SAP implementation activities (PtP) including data migration, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, Finance Systems or Process Improvement roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay processes, including invoice processing, payment operations, vendor management and internal controls.
• Experience working with SAP ERP systems, with the ability to act as a business process subject matter expert.
• Experience in process transformation / automation or Shared environments is an advantage.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or relevant experience in ERP implementation project is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong team player and can work well independently with keen attention to details.
• Proactive with commitment and sense of responsibility.
