What you need to do? 

• Transport laundry products to customer locations using hand trucks or laundry cart in collaboration with the Driver.
• Assist with loading and unloading laundry products.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to established schedules.
• Assist in floor distributions in customers' premises if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of delivery equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all safety regulations during transportation.
• Communicate with the logistics team regarding delivery schedules and any customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or issues during deliveries. 

We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are: 

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 year of experiences in a delivery or warehouse setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading.
• Willingness to work on a roster and shift basis.
• Hard-working and dedicated mindset to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Driver and other team members.
• Adaptable to changing schedules and able to work under pressure.
