What you need to do? 

• Commit the tasks assigned by Function-in-Charge or Duty Manager with consistent quality within one laundry section.
• Ensure all the tasks to be completed in schedule efficiently.
• Complete hands-on duties with the teammates and supervise up to 30 in-house and outsource labor.
• New joiners on-boarding and training. Provide staff coaching and development. Enhance communication and resolving staff issues.
• Production records, quality check, and machine performance checking.
• Prompt reporting of machine and quality issue.
• Enforce strictly the safety and production guidelines to comply with Company standards.
• Coordinate with other departments or stakeholders. 

 We are interested in speaking with individuals if you are: 

• 3+ years of work shop supervisory experience.
• Proven experience to lead a small team. Experience in outsource staff management is an advantage.
• Good communication skill.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Self-motivated and high learning agility.
• Work in shift and roster is required.
• Physical work is required.
