Responsibilities
OPERATIONS
- To supervise the TPS team to deliver safe, reliable, efficient and quality transport services according to the standards, regulations and requirements laid down by the Company, Government Authorities and our customers.
- To ensure all staff are aware of importance of safety.
- To support the operations with optimal manpower, man-hours, vehicle deployment and sufficient productivity through by roster planning and resources deployment with proper record management.
- To maintain effective and courtesy communications with Company internal sections, relevant stakeholders and customers.
- To communicate the advice, alerts, changes or messages regarding safety, operating, planning, staffing and administration issues to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
- To conduct regular inspection for the transport services provided and collect feedback from customers to ensure that quality service has been delivered.
- To investigate and report to Manager – Operations Support & Transport Services, Duty Controllers and Senior Supervisors with record regarding any discrepancies with reference to the standards of safety and service quality, including but not limited to incidents, accidents, delays, complaints and irregularities.
- To maintain staff discipline and conduct staff performance appraisals.
- To attend training sessions as assigned.
- To complete other assignments allocated by superiors.
- To perform data handling & analysis, section administration & support functions on all transport services.
- To prepare and verify the monthly reports to Manager – GSE & Transport Services, relevant stakeholders and parties.
- To monitor the performance and standard for the services provided.
- To maintain effective and courtesy communications with Company internal sections, relevant stakeholders and parties.
- To liaise and prepare reports to Finance and Commercial Teams with updated and accurate information for billing purpose.
- To support transport services operations when required.
- To attend training sessions as assigned.
- To complete other assignments allocated by superiors.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above.
- Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience at supervisory experience, preferable in transportation, aviation, and / or customer services field.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with Mandarin being an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability in handling ad-hoc operations and staffing issues.
- Knowledge of computer operation (MS Windows and MS Office).
- Holder of valid HK driving licence class 1 & 2.
- Possess of HK driving licence class 4, 5, 9, 10 & 18 is preferable.
