Responsibilities
- To supervise and ensure a smooth cargo / mail/document handover and delivery.
- To ensure cargo/mail handling activities are performed in accordance with safety procedures.
- To follow up and report irregularities to Senior Supervisor / Duty Controller and carrier representatives.
- To cascade all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding.
- To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale in CHG.
- To carry out valuable cargo and cargo document handling when necessary.
- To attend training sessions as and when required.
- To complete other assignment allocated by superior.
- Handle Special Cargo, including Pharma shipment.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or above.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Able to lead subordinates.
- Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of PC (word processing or specific skills in Microsoft).
- Holder of valid HK driving license 1 & 2.
