Responsibilities

To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft

To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers

To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report

To lead and monitor a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to meet the work performance standards

To maintain staff discipline, efficiency, safety, appearance and morale
Requirements
-
Post-secondary or above
-
Good command of written / spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-
Capable of working independently and work under pressure
-
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience

Able to control / supervise subordinates
-
Knowledge of PC
-
Holder of valid HK Driving Licence of Classes 1 & 2

No careless driving record within 5 years & not more than 6 points are incurred in driving-offence points within 2 years
