Cathay Subsidiary Services consists of several independent departments that provides professional services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries (the ‘Company’), including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay and Vogue Laundry.
This position provides Security Services to Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and its subsidiaries including but not limited to Cathay Cargo Terminal, Cathay Dining, HAS by Cathay, Vogue Laundry.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the operation within Cathay Cargo Terminal Permit Office is carried out smoothly and orderly.
- Process applications for Cathay Cargo Terminal permits in Cathay Cargo Terminal's accordance.
- Responsible for security check of all ID documents submitted for permit applications.
- Keep close contact with the Airport Authority Permit Office and to process applications for Airport Restricted Area permits.
- Upkeep all permit application forms, supporting documents and training records in good order.
- Support subsidiaries for matters of security and completes other projects / assignments as directed by the Security Manager.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior(s)
Requirements
- Holder of HKDSE/HKALE or Tertiary level educational qualification.
- Former security operations experience will be an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Details oriented and shall be a self-motivated team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
