Purpose

The Lounge Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming lounge environment for guests while ensuring all facilities meet premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lounge seating areas, washrooms, shower suites, and public spaces.
• Replenish guest amenities and housekeeping supplies as required.
• Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization to ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor lounge facilities and promptly address housekeeping requirements.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and airport security procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, hospitality, hotels, or facilities management is preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight operations.
