Purpose

The Lounge Host delivers a premium guest experience by providing professional customer service, supporting food and beverage operations, and ensuring lounge facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Support food and beverage service and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain buffet and service areas, ensuring cleanliness and product availability.
• Clear, reset, and maintain dining and seating areas.
• Support daily lounge operations while adhering to food safety and service standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, airline lounges, hotels, or customer service environments.
• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
