Purpose
Responsible for supervising daily cleaning and sanitation operations to ensure a safe, hygienic and well-maintained facility while supporting food safety, contractor management, inspections and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and manpower deployment.
• Monitor contractor and in-house cleaning staff performance.
• Conduct inspections and spot checks.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene requirements.
• Support audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain cleaning records and reports.
• Train and supervise cleaning staff.
• Coordinate deep cleaning and special cleaning projects.
• Support waste management and sustainability programs.
• Required to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must supervise overnight cleaning and deep cleaning activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in cleaning, sanitation, facilities management, airline catering, food manufacturing or hospitality operations.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to perform shift duties, overnight supervision and emergency operational support as required.
