Responsibilities

To supervise a team of Cargo Loading Agents to
-
load and unload cargo / mail into / from aircraft
-
perform cargo /mail deliveries between CTOs, AMC and aircraft parking bays
-
-
To supervise the loading team to perform loading/unloading activities properly and safely
-
To operate ground support equipment to facilitate loading and unloading activities
-
To assist marshalling different equipment or vehicles approaching or withdrawn from the aircraft, such as tractor, loader, conveyor belt and passenger stair to ensure operational safety
-
To ensure sufficient loading equipment and manpower positioned as per Airlines requirement
-
Single point of contact for loading team during ground operations
-
Ensure the aircraft has been loaded in accordance with the Loading Instruction Form (LIF) and all locks are raised and locked
-
To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading instructions
-
To supervise and ensure a smooth cargo / mail handover and delivery
-
To ensure cargo/mail handling activities are performed in accordance with safety and security procedures
-
To communicate all procedural changes and requests to all staff and ensure their full awareness and understanding
-
To strictly follow the safety and security regulations
-
To follow up and report irregularities to Senior Supervisor / Duty Controller and carrier representatives
-
To carry out valuable cargo handling when necessary
-
To conduct briefing sessions for all working teams
-
To ensure all operation activities comply with laid down procedure
-
To maintain discipline, efficiency, safety, security, appearance and morale in work teams
-
To attend training sessions when required
-
To complete other assignment allocated by his / her superior

To handle Special Cargo, including Pharma shipment and Tie Down Handling
Requirements
-
Post-secondary or above
-
Minimum 1-2 years’ supervisory experience
-
Able to control / supervise subordinates
-
Good command of written / spoken English and Chinese
-
Knowledge of PC
-
Holder of valid HK driving licence 1 & 2
-
No careless driving record within 5 years & not more than 6 points are incurred in driving-offence points within 2 years
