Responsibilities

Responsible for the smooth handling of daily operations

Perform boarding gate/arrival duties, and assist tight connection passengers and protect passengers in the event of miss connection

Closely monitor the passenger flow at check-in counter and counter setting checking
-
Provide On Job Training and counseling to staff

Perform staff grooming
-
Conduct briefings and debriefings to Passenger Services Officer / Service Leader

Monitor staff job performance, upkeep and maintain staff morale

Handle passenger’s complaint
Requirements
-
HKCEE / HKDSE or above
-
Minimum 3 years experience and including 1 year at supervisory level in relevant field

Fluent in English & Cantonese and ability to communicate in Putonghua, other language is a preference
-
Independent personality with excellent and leadership skill
