旅客服務督察
部門:  旅客服務
Job Location:  香港國際機場, 大嶼山

 


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth handling of daily operations

  • Perform boarding gate/arrival duties, and assist tight connection passengers and protect passengers in the event of miss connection

  • Closely monitor the passenger flow at check-in counter and counter setting checking

  • Provide On Job Training and counseling to staff

  • Perform staff grooming

  • Conduct briefings and debriefings to Passenger Services Officer / Service Leader

  • Monitor staff job performance, upkeep and maintain staff morale

  • Handle passenger’s complaint

 

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above

  • Minimum 3 years experience and including 1 year at supervisory level in relevant field

  • Fluent in English & Cantonese and ability to communicate in Putonghua, other language is a preference

  • Independent personality with excellent and leadership skill
