Digital Solution & Low-Code Analyst
Department:  Planning & Digital
Job Location:  Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau Island

The Digital Solution & Low-Code Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital tools, acting as both a Business Analyst and a Low-Code/No-Code Developer.

This position bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution by not only reviewing processes and identifying insights through data analytics but also by directly building, prototyping, and deploying agile digital solutions. By leveraging low-code/no-code platforms, the incumbent will transform business needs into functional applications and automated workflows that enhance efficiency and drive data-informed decision-making across the assigned business units.


 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business units to review and analyze existing business processes, identifying opportunities for digital transformation and manual process automation.
  • Act as a lead in, gathering and defining business requirements for digital transformation projects, translating them into functional specifications and technical logic for low-code/no-code application development.
  • Conduct POCs and pilot projects to assess and validate potential digital solutions, providing recommendations based on data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications and automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) to address identified business needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams and external parties to ensure low-code solutions integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, following agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Transform data analytics findings into actionable reports and visualizations, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making and project success.
  • Support the Digital Solution Assistant Manager in monitoring project progress, and providing technical troubleshooting for deployed low-code solutions to ensure high adoption rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies, industry trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
  • Conduct any ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by your superior.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field; candidates with other educational backgrounds and strong technology know-how combined with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation with at least 1 year experience in hands-on development and business process analysis, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in building applications, logic flows, and database structures within a low-code/no-code environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working with or as part of an agile team.
  • Skill and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
