Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining procurement processes, policies, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and efficiency.  

• Build dashboards/regular reports /data analysis to monitor procurement performance, identify trends to support different business needs and provide value-added insights for management review and recommended improvement.

• Assist with managing procurement systems (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms), ensuring accurate data and user adoption.  

• Collaborate with category teams to enhance supplier performance and risk management practices.  

• Assist in creating training materials and conducting briefings to build procurement awareness & capability across the organization.  

• Identify opportunities for process automation.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in procurement activities. Work closely with BUs across the subsidiaries to ensure and promote compliance with the procurement policy & processes.  

• Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in industrial engineering, statistics or other related disciplines.  

• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in performance and quality management, project management or process improvement gained in a sizable organization.

• Excellent excel, MS Platform (i.e Power Platform, Automation, Power BI) skills.

• Analytic mind and a desire to learn and partner with the business.

• Team player with good problem solving and interpersonal skills.

• Fast learner, strong sense of ownership, results-oriented, detail-minded and committed to deadlines.

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint.
